RECIPE Ingredients:- 100g chickpea flour (besan) 100g ghee (clarified butter) 100g sugar 300ml water Dry fruits (almonds, cashew, walnuts, etc) Method:- * Take chickpea flour (besan) and ghee into a frying pan. Roast it till golden brown. * add water and sugar and keep stirring to avoid lumps. * Cook until you get a fine consistency! * Add chopped dryfruits of your choice. * Serve it warm and garnish with dry fruits.
